Clevr Carriers Limited Warranty Policy and Guidelines
All warranty repair/replacement(s) will be facilitated by Crosslinks on behalf of the manufacturer and customer. Limited warranty covers any damages incurred by defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use, in normal weather, during the warranty period. Warranty covers rips and tears caused by normal use within the warranty period. It, however, does not cover; color fading or any damages caused by improper use, altering product in any way, natural disaster, theft or vandalism.
1-year limited warranty covers only original purchased item(s) and original purchaser. Warranty does not transfer over to the replacement(s), resale, or gift(s). During the warranty period, Crosslinks will repair or replace product(s) that prove(s) defective. Product(s) that qualify as "defective" are in the sole discretion of Crosslinks. Original purchaser is required to contact Crosslinks within the warranty period, provide prove of purchase, take and send photos of the defective item(s), ship any and all defective items within the warranty period and cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item(s).
If a product is unable to be repaired and needs to be replaced, a new or refurbished identical or upgraded unit will be provided at our option. Any replacement product will assume only the remaining warranty term of the original product.
